Terms Of Service
• Prices listed on commissions page are for personal use only; commercial use requires an additional +100% fee. However, streaming and music video assets don't require a fee when commissioned by small independent creators.• 100% upfront payment is preferred. For the information on alternative payment plans click here.• I will start working on the commission only once the payment was recieved.• Once the work was started, you can't request a refund.• Feel free to tell me about any necessary corrections while it's still a sketch. I won't call the work done until you're completely happy with it, however, drastic changes after the sketch stage may cost extra.• Max TAT: around 2 months. After sending the payment, you'll be informed about the estimated delivery date.• Feel free to ask me for updates anytime, as long as it doesn't cross the line (as in asking every few hours or every day).• Depending on the workload and order complexity, sometimes i might take a +25-50% fee for a more urgent order or just straight up reject it if I'm not sure it can be delivered on time.• If a non-urgent commission order was delivered later than promised because of my fault, the client can get a bonus sketch drawing or a 25% discount for their next order.• As the artist, I have rights to the artwork and will use it for my portfolio and social media posts. If you wish to keep it private until a certain date, please let me know beforehand.• If you publicly display the artwork, please credit me in the description.• Modifications of the artwork/model should first have my consent.• I should be notified when a character design or a Vtuber model I made are sold or given access to another person.• You shouldn't sell my character designs or vtuber models for more than you bought it unless extra products were included.• You shouldn't gift/trade/resell my character designs or vtuber models without notifying me about the new owner.• Using the commissioned artwork for NFT (or for any kind of crypto-currency related activities), AI tools, and AI/ML training is strictly prohibited.• All personal information from both parties (such as real name, name displayed in payment method, reference pictures of real people, or address) is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.• By commissioning me you confirm that you agree to my Terms of Service.
Alternative Payment Plan Options
• If the Client fails to accomplish the payment, the commission will be canceled and previously received payments will not be refunded.• The payment for the each next stage of the commission must be made within 60 days after I submit previous stage of the work, otherwise the commission might be cancelled. If the Client doesn't contact me within 60 days after the completion of the previous stage, the commission will be cancelled.• If the full payment was never received, I reserve the right to modify, reuse and upload any of the content I produced during the work on this commission while excluding Clients Intellectual Property (such as Original Character(s)) out of it.• Alternative Payment Plans are unavailable for SKEB-style/Surprise me! commissions.
Two payments №1:
• 50% upfront• 50% at any point before getting the final image in full resolution.
Two payments №2:
• 20$ upfront before the sketch• After the sketch was accepted, the rest of the commission price is paid.• Depending on client's request, sketching might include: single or multiple rough composition sketches in black&white and/or with possible color variations, character portrait miniature and/or ready-to-line sketch of the full composition.
Three payments:
(for 200$+ orders only)
• 50% upfront• 25% after the sketch, lineart and color blocking are finished and the work is ready to render• 25% before getting the final image in full resolution.
Four payments:
(for 200$+ orders only)
• 20$ upfront before the sketch;The rest of the price is split into:• 50% before the lineart and color blocking,• 25% before render and• 25% before getting the final image in full resolution.
